Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how refunds are handled for purchases from Epiphany Concepts Consulting, LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). We are based in the Commonwealth of Kentucky and serve clients nationwide across the United States.
1) Digital Products — All Sales Are Final
All digital product sales are final. No refunds will be issued for digital product purchases.
Because digital products are delivered instantly upon purchase and cannot be returned, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or credits on any digital product sales. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that all digital product sales are final.
We stand behind the quality of our products. If you experience a technical issue with a download (such as a corrupted file), please contact us and we will work to resolve the delivery issue. This does not constitute a refund — it is a replacement of the same product.
2) Services
Refund eligibility for professional services (bookkeeping, consulting, tax preparation) depends on the service type and whether work has begun. If you need to reschedule or cancel a booked session, please contact us as soon as possible.
- Before work begins: A full refund may be issued at our discretion.
- After work has begun: Refunds are generally not available, as time and resources have already been committed.
3) Technical Issues
If you experience a legitimate technical issue with a digital product download (e.g., corrupted file, wrong file delivered), contact us within 7 days of purchase. We will provide a replacement file at no additional cost. Technical support does not include refunds.

5) Chargebacks
If you have an issue with a purchase, please contact us first so we can help. Filing a chargeback without contacting us may delay resolution and could result in account restrictions.
